Refund policy

no refunds UNLESS

- the product arrives damaged/defective

- the product doesn't arrive at all

- the refund is legally required. In this case, the customer will be responsible for paying for return costs as well as up to a 50% depreciation fee depending on the quality of the item

Any products stated to be made in the US or Embroidered in the US are considered made to order goods as I personally embroider them and sew in the labels as the orders are placed, meaning they are exempt from EU Withdrawal.
